Sushant Singh Rajput was approached for as many as 4 movies together with “Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela” (2013), “Bajirao Mastani” (2015) and “Padmaavat” (2018) by filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The filmmaker asserted within the assertion he gave to Mumbai Police on Monday.

The report added that Bhansali has revealed to the police that he had provided 4 movies to Sushant Singh Rajput, who backed out from three tasks citing unavailability of dates. The three movies ultimately turned out to be blockbusters. The filmmaker added that he had provided the fourth movie to Sushant however that didn’t work out.
Whereas Bhansali had reportedly chosen Sushant for the lead roles in “Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela” and “Bajirao Mastani”, each of which ultimately went to Ranveer Singh, in “Padmaavat” the late actor was provided the function of the Rajput ruler Ratan Singh, ultimately performed by Shahid Kapoor.
